PRIVACY POLICY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196/2003. 196/2003
The “Data Controller”
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, 196/2003, Personal Data Protection Code, Cognitive Advertising Solutions LTD (hereinafter also: “Company”, and / or“Cognitive ADV”), with headquarters in 201 Haverstock Hill, Belsize Park, London, NW3 4QG, UK is the owner, ex art. 28 Legislative Decree no. 196/03, of the processing of your personal data. The same therefore informs you that the personal data acquired, also with reference to existing and/or future business relations, will be processed in compliance with the above mentioned legislation. In relation to these processings, the Owner provides, among other things, the following information.T

Personal data and identification as intended by art. 4 letter b) and c) ex d.lgs. 196/03, as well as those relating to any information about a natural person, legal entity, a public administration, and any other entity, association or body, which has the task of periodically making backup copies of databases, identification data, traffic data and anonymous data. In addition, the navigation data, computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website may acquire, during their normal operation, your personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is, however, information that is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its proper functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. Duration of processing
The data will be processed for as long as necessary for the conduct of the business relationship in place and for the next ten years from the date of acquisition of the same It is understood that, unless otherwise indicated by the interested party, such data will, however, be deleted from the server at the end of the tenth year.

Cookies consist of a small amount of textual information sent to your computer and stored in the directory of your web browser while you are visiting the site. Processing Modes
Personal data will be processed in paper, computerized and telematic form and entered in the relevant databases which may be accessed by, and then be made known to , operators expressly designated by the Owner as Managers and Trustees of the processing of personal data, who may carry out operations of consultation, use, processing, comparison and any other appropriate operation, including automated in accordance with the provisions of the law necessary to ensure, among other things, the confidentiality and security of data and the accuracy, updating and relevance of data in relation to the purposes stated.
Data collected
The data collected are mainly related to:
Identifying data (name or company name, or name and surname of natural persons, registered office address, telephone, fax, e-mail, tax data, etc..); Data relating to economic and commercial activity (by way of example only, but certainly not limited to: order collection, contracts, competitions, solvency, bank and financial data, accounting and tax data, etc.). The same are provided by the Customer / Interested party directly or may be collected from independent third parties Owners and / orexternal managers of processing on behalf of the Owner Cognitive ADV. The data collected may, residually, be of a sensitive and / or judicial nature. In this case they will be treated with the protections provided for by law and in compliance, also, with art. 23 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. 196/2003.
Nature of data provision
The provision of data and its processing are required in relation to the purposes n. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 relating to the fulfillment of commercial nature; it follows that any refusal to provide data for these purposes may make it impossible for the owner to implement the contractual relationship and the obligations of the law. The conferment is optional in relation to the purposes referred to in paragraphs 6 and 7 that refer to the completion of the main marketing activities undertaken by the Owner and / or personnel search and tracking activities for the purpose of analysis, saving preferences and / or user credentials.
Scope of communication and dissemination of data
In relation to the purposes indicated, the data may be communicated to the following subjects and / or categories of subjects indicated below, or may be communicated to companies and / or persons, both in Italy and abroad, which provide services, including external services, on behalf of the Owner. These* are indicated for greater clarity:
– companies that collaborate with the Holder Cognitive ADV
– companies associated with and / or connected to Cognitive ADV;
– financial administrations and other companies or public bodies in compliance with regulatory obligations;

– companies and law firms for the protection of contractual rights;
– for purposes no. 3, 4, 5 and 6, the data may be communicated to qualified persons working for the undersigned, as well as to contractors, self-employed workers and client companies;
• for the purpose n. 7 is not provided for the communication of data except for the disclosure of statistics in aggregate and anonymous form;
• the transmission of personal data abroad is envisaged, in any case in countries of the European Community.
(*) the list of External Managers with further data useful for identification is available from the Manager in charge of data processing, at the Company’s registered office.
Rights of the Interested Parties
In relation to the aforementioned processing, you may exercise your rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, such as:
• obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data concerning you;
• know the origin of the data, the logic and the purpose on which the processing is based;
obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, the updating, rectification and integration of data;
• oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data;

This notice does not, of course, exclude the possibility that other information may also be given orally to data subjects at the time of data collection.
